The Jewelry Collectors is a family owned and operated business of over 35 years. Our business was founded by our late father solely as a diamond cutting venture on 47th Street in New York City in the late 70's and it has evolved into what it is today - a Diamond & Jewelry company specializing in bridal, modern, antique, retro, deco, vintage, signed and estate jewelry. The Jewelry Collectors is a provider of a wide selection of loose diamonds and gemstones. Domestic: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal; please feel free to contact us if you prefer to make payments using other methods.

International: Please note that shipping, customs, import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included and are based on the final selling price; these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. International Orders must pay by PayPal with a high ebay rating. We are unable to accept international credit cards as international law does not allow us to verify credit card holder's valid address.

Shipping

Our jewelry and watches are securely shipped in beautiful boxes or pouches; perfect for gift giving!

Domestic: Insured USPS Priory shipping to all contiguous US locations is FREE unless otherwise stated or special expedited shipping requests arrangements are made.
International: Shipping to approved international locations is as low as just $23.95, depending on your location. Please note that customs, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included and are based on the final selling price; these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. The items are shipped by USPS Air Parcel with buyer signature required. Buyer signature IS required. 

Combined Shipping: We give discounts on shipping charges for multiple auctions won, but the actual cost of shipping will be determined when the other auctions have ended due to: weight & size. To receive the shipping discount all items have to be paid for at the same time. Please wait for a final invoice with all items listed for the shipping discount.

Customer Satisfaction & Returns: 
TJC gladly offers a 14-day money back 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items except for the following: antiques, signed pieces, items shipped internationally, items that have been customized or modified  ( example re-sizing) will not be refundable or returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, kindly contact us first so that we may address your issues and concerns. All returned items should be returned to us insured for the full purchase price. Please include original documentation and packaging with items to assist us with tracking. Items will be thoroughly inspected by us to make sure they are not damaged, sized, altered or worn. The refund will be issued within 1 business day if the items are returned in the exact condition in which they were purchased and are not altered, sized, damaged or worn by the buyer. Please note that the refund is for the full purchase price less shipping and handling. 
We cannot make returns or exchanges for international shipments, antiques, signed pieces and items that are altered, damaged or are without original documentation.
