This listing is for 15 Larvae of The Infamouse Deaths Head Hawk Moth
Super easy to rear and beautiful as I hope you can see! My kids love them and I take them to the school too!

When Larvae hatch let them eat thier egg shell and when they begin to wonder remove gently with a fine paint brush. They eat Privet so perfect for over winter . Warmth aways helps, fresh food and clean home and you will end up with huve caterpillars!

When the caterpillars wonder around on the floor of the tank remove either into lidded and vented tank with reptile/insect soil so they can dig down to pupate or a takeaway style clear tub with some pin holes. Mist some kitchen towel and pop them in a dark area to pupate.

Once pupated pop onto kitchen towel in a large net cage ( they 100% need net/mesh so they can climb and pump thier wings up) OR you can over winter them in a soil filled tub in a shed or safe unheated outside area which is rain proof. Bring in around April/May.

The adults can be messy I warn you! In the base of the cage place a shallow dish with cotton wool soaked in water/honey/maple syrup mix...you might catch them feeding at night but you can also try hand feeding ( utube)

One last thing- the adults squeek...most entertaining for my cats.

Please check other listings for rare stick insect eggs and exotic silk moth eggs.
