On these bikes the original bolts/plugs were chrome plated mild steel and soon corroded badly in our in UK weather.  The quality of the chrome plating was never good straight from the factory!  We also find previous owners have attacked them with everything from pipe grips and stilson wrenches- to chisels!  The plugs were unique to just these bikes- replacements have been unobtainable from Honda or anywhere for many years.

Originally produced by us to fit to customers restorations- our bolts are CNC machined from high quality 316 Stainless Steel to the exact and original Honda specifications.  The top surfaces are then polished to a mirror finish that will last for many years.  The 316 Stainless will ensure that they stay nice and shiny and will last the life of the bike!

Supplied as a complete pair (2 plugs) to fit one set of forks- we also include new O rings to seal the fork tube.  Your existing plugs can be swapped in minutes, though we recommend that you have or acquire the correct 27mm AF socket or spanner to torque the plugs up correctly as they do in fact secure the entire front suspension.
