Here is your chance to own a stunning example of this mid size divers watch from Seiko. The serial number dates it to July 2006 and it is in excellent pre-owned condition with its original 'Hardlex' crystal, hands and dial. The watch is all original apart from a new aftermarket bezel insert.

The watch has been expertly polished and rebrushed and looks superb. The 21 jewel 7s26b movement has been fully serviced and regulated and is running beautifully, keeping good time.

This watch has also been pressure tested to 100m with all gaskets having been replaced.

As you can see from the photos, it is an awesome looking watch! I've only had it for a couple of months and am reluctantly selling it to fund another watch purchase.

***PLEASE NOTE***

None of the straps pictured are included in this auction and are for illustrative purposes only. I will include an aftermarket Seiko dive strap if you so desire.

If you have any questions or require any more photographs, please ask. I will pack the watch very well and dispatch quickly, please see my feedback for evidence of the service you can expect to receive.

The following information is all from the very reputable eBay seller from whom I purchased this watch:

Dial/Hands:

The black 'SKX' scuba divers dial is original, expertly cleaned and in lovely condition. The dial is signed 'SEIKO, AUTOMATIC' above centre, 'WATER 10BAR RESIST' below centre and 7S2B-0044 R 2' below 6 o'clock. The dial features applied circular markers with applied rectangular batons at 6 and 9 and an inverted arrowhead at 12, all steel framed with a luminous fill. There is a steel framed 'quickset' day/date window at 3 o'clock - the day can be set to display in English or Farsi (Arabic). The day is printed in black for Monday through Friday, blue for Saturday and red for Sunday (if you choose the Arabic option Saturday is red).

I've had the original hands cleaned and repainted and they are like new. An 'Arrowhead' minute hand, 'Broadsword' hour hand and the seconds hand is a fine 'needle' style with a slim arrowhead pointer towards the tip. The luminous treatment on both the hands and the dial markers is excellent, they glow beautifully after exposure to light. While they won't shine all night the effect lasts for a decent spell.

Case:

The 40mm stainless steel case is in excellent condition with a satin brushed finish to the upper surfaces and a contrasting highly polishedfinish to the sides and underside. There are minimal signs of use (I've had this expertly polished and rebrushed and it has come up beautifully - there are no obvious signs of use, perhaps some tiny 'hairline' marks at worst). The case edges remain sharp and well defined.

Bezel:

The bi-directional steel bezel has a firm resistance and turns smoothly with 60n ratcheted clicks. It is in excellent condition with a new black 'Submariner' insert.

Caseback:

The screwdown caseback is in excellent condition, again expertly polished with minimal marks. The manufacturer wording is clear and legible and reads as follows: 'Seiko, Stainless Steel, 7S26-0040 A0, Water Resistant 10 BAR, 671299' plus the Seiko wave logo in the centre.

Crown:

The original ridged steel crown is in place, guarded, at the 3 o'clock position. It screws down tight, adjusts perfectly: stem is fine. Cleaned and polished it is in very good condition with one or two very minor scratches on the fluted sides of the guard.

Crystal:

The original Hardlex crystal is in place and is clear and bright with no marks of any kind.

Movement:

I've had the movement professionally serviced and regulated and the watch is running strong and true. As stated above the watch has also been pressure tested and is water resistant to 100M (10 BAR).

Measurements:

Width without crown - 40mm (with crown 43.5mm)

Lug to lug - 45.9mm (Lug width 22mm)

Thickness - 12mm
