Python is a natural skin and therefore there are variations. The small discoloration on one side is due to the skin and was purchased as seen. About Adriana:

As a young girl growing up in Colombia, Adriana Castro made frequent visits to her father’s crocodile farm and it was during these years that she dreamt up designs she would later implement into her current Collection. Castro entered adulthood knowing that her passion was to design accessories using exotic skins. After receiving a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Purdue University, she then started studies in Accessory Design in the recognized Art Institute at Miami International University.

Media attention soon followed with coverage in highly respected fashion publications such as Women’s Wear Daily, Elle and Vogue to name a few. The fashion industry further recognized Castro’s talent; in 2007 Gen Art presented Adriana with the Fresh Faces in Fashion Award for Accessory Design. In 2009, Adriana received the Independent Handbag Designer Award for “Audience Fan Favorite.” In 2010, Adriana received the Handbago Award for “Best Designer of the Year.” Most recently, Adriana was nominated for the fourth time to The Fashion Group International Rising Star Award.
