Turnaround Time: Items ship from Las Vegas, NV within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Returns & Exchanges
Refund Policy - Unused Items: 30-Day refund applies to unused and unopened products only.
Refund Policy - Used Items: If the product is used by buyer then refund no longer applies as product cannot be resold as new.
Refund & Exchange Conditions: If you need to return or exchange an unused item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) and our return shipping address, prior to returning the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all of the original parts included. Refunds are only provided after receiving product returned in original condition, subject to seller inspection. Any items returned without the original packaging or missing any parts will not be eligible for a refund.Return Shipping Fees: If your item must be returned due to an error on our part, we will pay the shipping fees for that return. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees.
Refund Method: Once the unused item has been received and inspected by seller, buyer may request their money back, or replacement/exchange for an alternate item of equal value (buyer's choice).
Shipments Damaged by Carrier: If shipment is received damaged by carrier, please properly note the damage upon receipt, inspect package immediately, and take photos of the package/product to document the damage. Any claims for damage must be made within 5 calendar days. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may follow-up with the carrier and process your RMA#.
