Description

 I am able to combine postage for items of a similiar size & weight. Please wait for my combined invoice before you pay.
 


This is an antique freeblown gimmel bottle.
It is a double bottle with two necks in the one bottle.
It is a colourless clear glass but there is an engraved floral design on both flat sides.
One side has 2 initials either LJ or LT or similar..in old font.
It has a ribbed edge all around.
It has its original pontil mark on the bottom that was not filed down all the way, but has been finished off as it's not sharp.
No maker's marks or names.
It is in good collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear.
From what I can see there is only one area of damage on the bottle and that is where one of the ribs has broken off one of the edges.
This bottle would have had cork tops.. not ground glass stoppers.
It is the sort of bottle that was produced at Sunderland.

It measures approx. 8 inches long x 3 inches x 2 inches.

  • I accept returns within 14 days on all items after you get them - NOT 30 DAYS. Please ensure all items are sent back to me in the condition you received it in and returned in their original packing as sent.  If you are in any way unhappy with your item please ebay message me to arrange a return.  Please note if you or a third party tamper with, change or repair an item this will automatically NULL AND VOID my full return policy and returns will NOT be accepted. 

 

  • If you decide to return an item because you've changed your mind and there is no error in the description, return postage will not be refunded.

 

  • UK BUYERS I accept both PAYPAL and CHEQUE payments in UK £ Sterling. Please note: Cheque payments will incurr a DELAY in despatch, of 6 working days to clear through the bank. 

 

  • INTERNATIONAL BUYERS I accept Paypal payments.

 

  • PAYMENT TERMS Please ensure I receive payment within 3 days or email me if there will be a delay as automated ebay alerts are sent on the 5th day.
