The RAZOR™ CUT 80 is designed for maximum performance, offering the highest level of cutting performance from UNIMIG's range. Capable of clean cutting 30mm and severing 35mm, this machine is for the professional needing maximum power from a portable machine. This machine is reliable, robust and stacked with features that you can expect from a quality Industrial Plasma Cutter.
- The RAZORCUT80 produces a high temperature plasma stream providing effortless cutting of all electrically conductive materials including steel, cast Iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminium brass etc .
- The RAZORCUT80 is equipped with a high quality SureGrip SC80 Plasma torch with Euro connection,developed specifically to enhance and improve the cut quality of the RAZORCUT80 machine.
- Connection of the SC80 Plasma torch provides effortless starting of the cut with powerful, fast and accurate cutting capability, additional is the benefit of longer life cycle consumable electrodes and cutting tips.
- The RAZORCUT80 is an exceptional machine that is suitable for a wide range of applications including Industrial use, sheet metal fabrication, site work, automotive, ducting work, repair and maintenance services.

Bookings are essential. Collection available from our Melbourne warehouses, call us to confirm pick-up.
Delivery of items under 20Kg
These items will be delivered by one of our designated carriers, such as Australia Post or Couriers Please and can be made to residential and business addresses. All other items are classified as large and bulky.
Delivery of Large, Bulky and Palletised Items
These items will be delivered by one of our designated carriers such as Toll Express, IPEC or Northline, to your nearest Depot, Drop Off Point or Supplied Business Address. Deliveries sent to Residential Addresses may incur additional fees to the listed freight charges to cover the additional cost for a tailgate. If you cannot pick up your item from your nearest Depot, Drop Off Point, Supplied Business Address or Farm, please email us at sales@toolnation.com.au or call us on 03 9210 0400. Please leave specific delivery instructions on the Checkout Page, found under Shipping Instructions.
Delivery Options – Please advise us of your most suitable option
Option 1: If you have a Forklift, Front End Loader or Bucket Forks available at the delivery address, unloading can be made directly off a standard truck delivery. Note that drivers will not allow you to use a crane or tractor bucket to unload.
Option 2: If you do not have access to unloading equipment, then a tailgate delivery will be required. There is an extra cost for a tailgate delivery (approx. $145). We will contact you to discuss your circumstances.
Option 3: Delivery to your closest available Depot for collection.
*Please also note that deliveries with addresses located on some Aboriginal Sacred Sites, farms, mine sites, islands and other regional or remote locations may not be able to be accessed by Carriers. In such cases, our Carrier will contact you for alternate options.
