Ø  90 DAY WARRANTY

Hubspecialist  offers a 90 day limited warranty on all listed items. Except  all RELAYs come with a 30 day limited warranty. Warranty is only valid from the date of order printed on the invoice. Please contact us for more information

Ø  REPLACEMENT PART OPTION

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, we offer the option to replace that same particular item. Your replacement part will be sent out immediately. If you are still having trouble, contact one of our customer service representatives. Email are normally answered within 1-2 hours from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Saturday . Should a response not reach you in time , please check  your mailbox including your spam mail folder.

Ø  We are not responsible for items when subjected to abuse (off –road ,competition ) commercial use , improper installation, accident, or normal wear.

RETURN POLICY

Ø  30 DAYS SATISFACTION PROGRAM

Return & Refund don’t have to be difficult. We make sure that you leave satisfied. Our exclusive Quick & Easy 30 days Satisfaction Plan cover every item sold by Hubspecialist. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days from receipt of your item(s) to contact our customer service team to request a Return or Refund. Returns must be in the same condition as you received. Except all Electrical and safety items are not returnable. Exchange for defective only.

Ø  Return Merchandise Authorization.

Customers need to contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization for returns, no exception!

Hubspecialist does not accept returns of the products from purchases older than 30 days.

Ø  If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the  cost of         return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 20% of item’s price.

PAYMENT

Ø  Immediate  payment is required for all sales by our store.

Local pick-up is available by appointment only please inquire for more information.

California Sales tax will be include for all California Residence and is required by law.

Please note that transaction through PayPal , eCheck  will take 3-4 days. We will not ship out product until transaction is cleared.

We are unable to accept payments from, or ship to, international addresses including Canada.

Orders shipping to outside of 48 Contiguous States may not the free shipping option , if free shipping is selected for one of these  destinations we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We only accept payment from and ship to Confirmed PayPal addresses.

We ship to the continental 48 States; we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, The Virgin Island, or Puerto Rico, American Samoa …

We ship 98% of packages the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM.
