Customers who purchase with VAT and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (ten) working days from the receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a letter with a return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, by the same deadline, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

the willingness to avail of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree N. 185 of 22 May 1999
the indication of the product (s) for which you decide to use the right of withdrawal
the data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the refund of the amount due).

To obtain a refund of the price, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following that of the declaration of withdrawal.
