To study and examination of reflexes, sensation of pain and sensitivity. The reflex hammer named after Troemner is most commonly used in neurology and is also suitable for beginners, due to the very balanced weight. This hammer has 2 replaceable rubber inserts at the end of the head. The big rubber end is to trigger the reflexes of the tendons of the extensor muscles, the smaller rubber end to trigger reflections on the long flexor muscles. The pointed end of the handle is suitable to trigger the Babinsky reflex (skin reflexes).
