Hard cover made from Alumabond sheet 3mm thick (Aluminium/composite/aluminium) glued to frame and outside edge cut to ute profile

Frame made from 20mm mild steel square tubing

Weatherstrip supplied, but not fitted on hard cover so you can paint it first

2 x gas lifting struts with fittings to mount

2 x hinges

2 x Proflow latches with mounting brackets for the catching pins

Hard cover painted in etch primer ready for you to prep and paint in your favourite colour

Also please note that this hard cover follows the curve along the tray behind the back window, like it should! :)
