·         Allow several inches of padded space, especially at each end, between the cluster and inner walls of the box.

·         Clusters not packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit.

·         Pack as you would fine china or glass.

·         Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the cluster.

·         INCLUDE YOUR PAYPAL INVOICE, OR HAND WRITTEN SHEET OF PAPER WITH YOUR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER.

·         Skip this step if there is a price for shipping; otherwise send a return shipping label with your unit.
