This is Zzz Atelier's eBay outlet store. Unlike many mattresses & beds of mediocre quality found throughout eBay, at our outlet store you can purchase our ranges of genuinely high quality bedding products at steeply discounted price.
Zzz Atelier is a new Australian brand started in 2015. We call ourselves the "sleep workshop" because we see ourselves not just as a mattress & bed maker, but rather a collaboration workshop where technology, innovation and thoughtful ideas collide together to fuse the creation of stunning bedding products and outstanding sleep quality.
We started this business because we love to sleep on wonderful bed, but not the enormous price tag that usually comes with it. So we started to really look into what makes a great mattress, what ingredients genuinely impact your sleep quality, and what are the things that simply waste consumer dollars. We then focus on searching for top notch technology and quality where it really matters. To ensure that we come up with products that are truly perfect for Australian users, we made sure that an experienced chiropractor was actively engaged in all stages of our mattress design, every step along the way.
While our mattresses have enjoyed enormous success on eBay (#1 selling on eBay, #1 reviewed on eBay and third party review websites), too often we realise our mattresses and customers are let down by sub par, cut corner bed bases sold by many other sellers. Since early 2018 we have decided to create our own bed bases that will actually provide proper support. We vow to create eBay price beds, with quality far exceed other eBay sellers. To achieve this we are prepared to accept lower profit margin than majority, if not all other major sellers on eBay!

Operating Hours
We are available to answer sales enquiries and provide after sales support between 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday, excluding national and Victorian public holidays. We try our best to answer all enquiries as quickly as we can, and will usually respond within 1 business day. Depending on our enquiry load, we may sometimes take up to 2 business days to get back to you. However, if your enquiry involves input from third party organisations (e.g. manufacturer, courier service providers, etc), longer response time may be needed.
Enquiries outside our standard operating hours (after hour, weekend or public holidays) will be answered on best effort basis, if our staff happens to be available. In most cases, questions lodged to us outside our standard operating hours will be answered the next business day.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All terms and conditions will be interpreted under and governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with this contract.
- We ship all items via courier services, which usually operate Mon-Fri during business hours only. If you are unable to receive deliveries during business hours please contact us and we shall try our best to find a solution to workaround this issue.
- For orders which we upload tracking number on to eBay, You can track the delivery status of your item on courier company's website (please allow one to two working days before the tracking system is updated). To avoid delivery disappointment, we also highly recommend that you call the courier company and make appointment for a delivery date which suits you. For courier information please see the booking confirmation confirmation email from eBay.
- Please ensure that you provide your most updated mobile phone number to us when placing an order. Please do not provide landline number unless you are always available to answer phone calls to your landline number during business hours. Some of our courier service providers may try to call you to arrange a delivery date before sending the item to you. Failure to answer their phone calls may result in your item being held at courier depot until they are able to get in touch with you. When the courier company calls, their phone call may appear as a "private caller" or without caller ID.
- Unless you select "Room of choice" delivery option, we will ship all orders via standard courier service, also known as "Front door" service. All standard courier deliveries in Australia are kerbside only. "Front door" service means courier drivers will either deliver to the front of your house, or front of your building only for apartments. Some courier drivers may help to move item into your house when asked nicely, but such assistance can be refused by the drivers. For any item heavier then 25 or too bulky, the buyer must have someone available to help the courier driver unload. Please note that "Room of choice" service is only available in limited Sydney or Melbourne metro areas. If such service is available for your delivery address you will be presented with such delivery option at checkout.
- By purchasing this item, buyer consent to unattended delivery (i.e. Authorisation to Leave) by default. Item may be left at a safe spot at driver's discretion. In the event of ATL / unattended delivery, buyer accepts that courier companies have full discretion in determining an area for safe drop. Buyer also accepts all risk for theft or others damages to item left at premise or during transit. If you do not wish for this to occur please contact us prior to dispatch and we will gladly help organise signature service where possible.
- Standard couriers services do not include call / SMS from driver before delivery. If you are not at home and the driver deems it not safe to leave the item at your address, the consignment will be returned to courier depot. Re-delivery can be arrange but additional charges may apply.
- To sell quality products and very low cost, we always ship our orders using the most economical options among a few courier companies (e.g. Hunter Express, TNT, Toll, StarTrack, Couriers Please, Fastway). We promise to dispatch all orders within our committed dispatch time frame. However, as we do not control courier operations, we cannot be responsible for delivery time frame or delay. If you have preference on using a specific courier company please contact us before placing an order and we shall let you know if we need to charge any additional shipping charges.
- Some of the suburbs under the below postcode ranges may require additional delivery charges. If your delivery address is within the below postcode ranges please contact us to get confirmation before placing an order. In the event where you have inadvertently placed an order without confirmation from our end, we may have to contact you to discuss the additional delivery fee prior to dispatch. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you do not accept the delivery fee.

We do our very best to make sure our photos are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact colour. By purchasing this item, buyer agrees that variations in shades of colour (e.g. white, ivory, beige, yellow) does NOT constitute "item not as described" or item defect.
- Buyer agrees that soiled, stained or damaged item is no longer in original condition and does not qualify for return. If an item is return to us in soiled, stained or damaged condition, we have the right to reject the return. In this case, the item will be available at the returned address for buyer collection.
