Shipping Policy:

Time
We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (if paid on Sunday-Thursday)! 
In exceptional situations within 48 hours. 
Service
Almost all items are shipped with UPS. 
Within Europe, the shipment is UPS standard 1-5 shipping days.
Outside Europe, the shipment is with UPS express saver 2-7 shipping days.
Free Local Pickup  
Items listed for Free Local Pickup can be picked up at our warehouse between 8:00 a.m. and 17:30 p.m.

* Items purchased on or around holidays may be subject to delayed shipping

Payment:

We accept paypal payments, credit card payments through paypal, cash on pickup or wire-transfer after e-mail or Phone-contact.

Warranty & returns:

Purchases are protected for malfunctional products. Every item (unless different indicated), has to be in full working condition.
If your item is defective on arrival, please contact us directly for return/refund instructions.
All items can be returned up to 14 days. Please see return-description for all details and requirements.
