We are open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

When will my item be dispatched?
We will dispatch your order the same working day if ordered before 08:00am, all orders placed after 08:00am will be dispatch the next working day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be dispatched in the following Monday.
When will my item be delivered?
We aim to keep the estimated date given by eBay as accurate as possible giving approximately 5-10 working days for delivery. However this may vary depending on your delivery area, we may have to contact you to confirm your delivery date.
Do you delivery to me?
Our orders are delivered by our own transport vehicles which means less damages and less stress!
Due to the nature of the goods the chances of damages on a normal courier are a lot higher which is why we offer a unique delivery service.
This means that we have limited reach with our vans, please see the map below for coverage. If you are unsure, please get in contact to confirm if we delivery to your address.
What will happen on the day of delivery?
Due to the nature of the item we operate with a 'signed for' service, this means there needs to be someone in to take the delivery.
ALL deliveries are made on a curb side delivery, it is up to the drivers discretion if they wish to delivery this closer to the property. If you have mobility issues please include this in the delivery note to make the suitable arrangements prior to delivery.
What if I'm not in?
If you are not available, this can be requested to be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place. Please be aware if left in a safe place you take full responsibility for this, we will not be liable for any damages due to environmental conditions or any items missing. We advise if requesting a safe place, to ensure the location is hidden out of sight and protected from the weather.
Can I collect?
Yes you can collect our order from our warehouse based in the West Midlands. However, for all collections please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure stock is available at our local store
ALL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED VIA PAYPAL
We accept payments through PayPal only. However, you do not need a PayPal account to pay. PayPal will accept Credit and Debit card payments.
Returns / Damages
If there are any issues with your delivery we would request to be notified ASAP with clear images showing the issue.
Damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery, goods can only be replaced to the original delivery address and are not covered if they have been relocated, we will collect the damaged goods from the original delivery address also.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, a refund will be processed providing the goods arrive back to us in 100% resalable condition, unopened, sealed and in the original packaging.
If a product (particularly a shower tray / enclosure / wetroom) has been unsealed or opened in any way we will be unable to accept the return as this wouldn't be resalable.
PLEASE NOTE: All items returned will need to be original unopened packaging in a re-saleable condition if you have opened the item we will be unable to accept a return.
