Up for auction is a Elgin 12 size, 15 jewel open face pocket watch. The watch is running and keeping good time. The serial number is 29019990. The gold filled case is in good shape, the biggest problem with it, is someone tried to open it as if it were a snap down back instead of a screw off back. A little difficult to screw and unscrew. The inside of the case back has an inscription, see pictures.
