How to make Mallow Frogs melt approx 100g chocolate using a pastry brushpaint the inside of the frog mould
With chocolate try and cover all the shape then out into the fridge to set 15 mins once set put some mallow fluff in the mould Trying not to over fill it and then cover In melted chocolate Put back in the fridge for about 20 minutes Once set ease out gently don't use hot or boiling water as this could cause damage to mould and they will be hopping off the plate before you know it
Mallow fluff is white in the shops but you can colour it by adding a few drops of food colouring and mix it before adding to the FrogsPLEASE NOTE THIS MOULD IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HARD CANDY OR SUGAR RECIPES - THE MOULD WILL MELT AND MISHAPE
