This listing features a selection of latex & foil balloons all with baby shower designs. All of our latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex. All Foil Balloons are supplied unfilled but can be filled at all good party stores and some florists, alternatively, small helium canisters can be purchased from some supermarkets/retail outlets.
