This is a beautiful and timeless Bread and butter/Dessert Plate, made by Shelley England in the famous Dainty Blue pattern.
The plate is properly marked with backstamp that dates it between 1945 - 1966.
The dainty shape from Shelley is highly sought after.
Shelley is known for its lightweight thin china but very strong, elegant and beautiful.
This floral pattern is with blue small daisies and leaves cascading down the edges on the snow-white bone china.
The trim is also in this lovely blue color.
The pattern has an embossed flower/star pattern around the edges.
A wonderfully designed pattern that is no longer made.
The plate is 6" in diameter.
It is in very good condition, with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. It is possible to have some minor some utensils mark consistent with normal use
