After receiving the package, please inspect the item immediately. All our product are brand new and fully inspected prior to shipping. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately, and allow us to resolve any issues with the product directly before initiating a case through eBay.
In the event of damage upon receipt, please provide clear photos for documentation of any damage to assist in the claim. If you receive the package in poor condition due to the shipping company, please provide photos of the packaging as received as well. Your assistance will help us provide a quick and easy resolution in the unlikely event of problems.
Please note that after 30 days, we can no longer accept returns, and unfortunately cannot make exceptions. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hrs after receipt, and we will provide you a refund or exchange.

All item with "Free Shipping" is subject to a 25% restock fee if returned. When returning a package it needs to be in its original packaging, with all accessories and filter cartridge unused. If any of these items are found to be missing, altered, damaged, or used, we will not be able to accept the returned items and the refund will be voided. So make sure not to throw anything away or use any of the accessories and cartridges before you know the item arrived in good condition!
Once the item tracking # shows delivered, we will not be able to accept any claims or follow up for lost packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, deliverable and in a safe area for delivery.
