Another great estate find!

I will be listing a collection of these "PICTUREGRAM" posters so please have a look to see others available.

These posters were made by Illustrated Current News, Inc., New Haven, CT and were issued three times a week with current wire photos and stories. They were used in bank lobbies and other such locations to spread the news (and pitch an ad). Common themes were much as today; War, Sports, Gossip, Politics, Tragedy, etc.

These were stored rolled so condition is pretty good. Each may have some minor wear, wrinkling, tears and discoloration, especially at the edges, from about 70 or so years of storage. Anything more than that will be noted on the individual listing. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail in their poster tube.
Each poster measures about 16" x 19".  I don't think many people are aware that these exist. Perhaps because of their very disposable nature not many survive.

This one is: Issue No. 5236 from 3/19/47 and features  Billy Richards the Armless wonder kid
.

Please review the photo for the exact item and feel free to ask any questions. Photos may have some reflection due to the glossy paper.
Thanks for looking!
