Surplus from a government lab. Untested and sold as-is, officially "for parts or not working" with no guarantee of functionality or completeness whatsoever. The fuse holder is damaged and there is some damage to the front plastic bezel (see last two pics). Otherwise in fair cosmetic condition with scuffs, scratches marks or dings.
