Item Description
Fitting Window Insulation Film
Step 1. Clean the window film with white spirits.
Step 2. Apply the double-sided tape around a window or door to be insulation, leaving no gaps, and press the shrink the Window Insulation Film onto it.
Step 3. With an ordinary blow dryer to hand, warm the entire surface of the Window Insulation Film and in moments, creases and wrinkles will disappear.
Step 4. To tidy up, trim-off all surplus film at the edges with a suitable craft knife, ensuring that the window frame is not scratched or marked.

Fitting Essentials
Where tape will be applied, clean the window frame with white spirits, so the tape contact surface is completely free of unseen oil and grease. The solvent based self adhesive tape will then adhere, without fail, to the window frame and film and adhesion will increase over time.
The energy saving benefit of fitting Window Insulation Film is enormous (the equivalent of changing from single glazed windows to double glazed) so it is worth the effort to clean the window frame as described above for a successful installation.

1. PRICING
All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling & include VAT.

2. PAYMENT
Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, by one of the following payment methods:
Major credit cards as listed: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta.
We collect payment safely and securely via PayPal.

3. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall fully pass to the Customer once the goods have been delivered by our nominated transport provider.

4. SHIPPING:
All products are dispatched from our warehousing facilities. Unless requested by the Customer, all products must be signed for at the time delivery is made. The Customer must request any alternative delivery method at the time of the ordering and goods will be dispatched at the Customers own risk.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES:
All the products contained on our store are delivered to the vast majority of the U.K. mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Scottish Isles & Highlands additional carriage charges may be applicable if item weight is over 2kg. Please call us to confirm these charges prior to ordering.

6. DELIVERY DATE:
Winsome Direct aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 working days from processing of payment. Dispatch normally takes place on the next day as payment is processed. Any orders that will exceed 28 days to fulfil, the Customer will be notified in writing and will be offered the option of order cancellation and a refund of payment. Any products not available at the time of ordering will be dispatched to the Customer as soon as is possible. Winsome Direct cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by Royal Mail or other courier service provider.

7. ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time period after delivery, and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless, within a reasonable time period after their delivery the Customer notifies Winsome Direct that the goods are rejected. If no notification of rejection is received, Winsome Direct will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and therefore reserve the right not to accept any rejection of goods at a later date.

8. RETURNS PROCEDURE
If the goods are rejected within the time scale as defined above, the Customer shall comply with the Winsome Direct returns procedure as defined below. Winsome Direct will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.
The Customer must contact Winsome Direct by either telephone or by eBay messaging service to obtain a returns authorisation code. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. The customer is responsible for returning the goods within 30 days of receiving the item.
In cases where the faulty or damaged goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by Winsome Direct before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are made within 7-10 days of cancellation.

9. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the Winsome Direct cancellation procedure and before any goods have been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure as defined above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with Winsome Direct. Please remember, order dispatch normally takes place the next day as payment is processed.
Cancellations and returns requests made after a product has been delivered and is deemed fit for purpose need to be authorised by Winsome Direct and given an appropriate returns number. The cost and risk of returning these goods is solely the customers. A credit will only be made once the returned goods have been inspected and deemed fit for resale.

10. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with U.K. Law.
