Although we will be more than glad to exchange it if it arrives damaged, we also try to avoid those problems by sending them in a secure package so nothing happens to your package while in transit. If for any reason, your jewelry does not fit, need different size, or simply decide to send it back for a refund, you can simply fill the yellow exchange sheet included in the package. If the item that you returned to us is damaged, altered, or not in original condtion, it will not be accepted for return.
