This belt comes with a manufacturer's warranty provided by Dayco Australia PTY LTD. Warranty period stated for this product is two years from date of purchase or 40,000km whichever occurs first.

This Warranty is subject to Dayco warranty terms & conditions, as written in the official Dayco warranty statement that is published on Dayco website: ww‌w.dayco.c‌om.au

In summary, The Dayco Warranty becomes void if:
  • Installation or maintenance of the relevant Dayco product or part has been carried out by a person other than a Qualified Mechanic.
  • Installation or maintenance of the relevant Dayco product or part has been carried out other than strictly in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
  • The relevant defect was caused by the Buyer, or the Buyer's failure to take reasonable steps to prevent the defect.
  • The Dayco part is installed in a vehicle that is not specified by Dayco.
The Dayco Warranty does not apply to any product or parts that were not manufactured by Dayco or one of its related bodies corporate.

The warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the defective Dayco product only, to the maximum value of product cost.All other costs or damage associated with the defective product is not covered under this warranty.

In the event of a claim, please contact us immediately. The claimed defective item will need to be posted back to us. We will need information about the failure, vehicle details, odometer readings, mechanic details, and other information if requested by Dayco. We will then send the suspected faulty item to the Dayco testing facility for analysis. Dayco aims to process all claims within 30 days, however depending on complexity of claim, in some cases it may take longer than 30 days. The outcome of the claim is decision of Dayco Australia PTY LTD.

Shipping costs and any labor costs for all warranty items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation or mistreatment are not covered under warranty. Check the parts carefully on receiving them. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if part arrived to you damaged.

We recommend that all parts are installed by a qualified mechanic.

RETURNS
30 days from purchase date


Only unused items will be accepted for return.
Once the item has been fitted to the engine, returns are not accepted.


Returns are subject to these conditions:
  ● We are notified in advance via ebay message system the reason why you want to return the item.
  ● Vehicle has been correctly diagnosed before purchase.
  ● Parts are returned in original brand new condition (not used on engine)
  ● All pieces have been returned.
  ● Original packaging is returned, undamaged.
  ● Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  ● Return postage cost is at buyers expense.
Note: A re-stocking fee of 20% applies to this item

The return will be rejected if:
  ● Any part have been fitted to engine, used in anyway, modified or damaged
  ● Packaging is damaged

Our standard service is Australia Post Parcel Post (with Tracking)
For some items we offer Express Post (for an additional cost).
If Express Post is available, you may choose it in the ebay checkout, in the postage options.

If you are not home at time of delivery, the item may be sent to your local post office for pickup, the driver will put a card in your mailbox so you know it is waiting and ready to pick it up at the post office.
As soon as the item is posted a tracking number will be supplied.

In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive after the postage date. If you haven't received it after 10 days please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post.

Please be aware that Express Post from our location cannot be guaranteed overnight delivery as we are not located in a major city. Express post from us is usually delivered within 2-3 business days to most locations in Australia, however if you are in a remote location it may take longer. We post to any Australian address (including PO boxes).
A valid Postal Address must be provided at time of purchase, if the address is not valid, or you want to change the address after purchase, please contact us. For address changes the transaction will need to be ended, and refund given, then you may can re-purchase the item with correct address.
