Buyers agree to these terms and conditions of Protec Online, including payment methods, shipping & handling policy and warranty & return policy.

Payment Methods
We accept two payment options:
1. PayPal
Please follow instruction on eBay checkout process if you choose this payment option.
2. Direct Deposit

Payment will be confirmed within 24 hours for intra-bank transactions and 2-3 working days for other banks transactions.

Tax invoice
If buyers would like a tax invoice, please request at checkout. We will post it with your item or send through Email. Price and postage for items are GST inclusive.

Shipping & Handling

Item/s will be dispatched from Brisbane, within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment has been received by Protec Online as cleared funds. Exceptions apply for pre-sale/pre-order items, where delivery times will be indicated in item description.

For item/s which include free standard shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery attempt to you. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify you know it is been returned by the post office, and shipping fee must be paid in full by you before Protec Online resends the item/s to you.

Protec Online is not held liable for any loss, theft or damages in shipping. If any problems happen, please contact us. We would like help buyers to resolve the problems.

International order
We provide Air Mail parcel for international buyers. Postage varies by buyer location. Air mail takes about 10-20 working days to deliver, NO Tracking number. Protec Online is not held liable for any loss, theft or damages in shipping. If you would like to choose other shipping method or have any questions or problems, please contact us.

Warranty and Return
Please Message or Email us first if you would like return any product. Prior return authorization is required for warranty or returns. Protec Online is not held liable for any costs incurring by you in returning products to us for exchange. Postage and Handling fee must be paid in full by you before Protec Online resends the alternative products to you.

For faulty items:
A. If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:
• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.

B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to Protec Online to resend your item back.

For changing mind or incorrect selection:
If you would like to return an item, because you changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
The item must be in re-saleable condition including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
• It is unused and in its original condition.

Postage and handling fee is required to pay to Protec Online by paypal or bank deposit. Return address and return number will be provided when the postage and handling fee is received in full.
We will refund the purchase price within 3 working days after return item received and checked.

Exception
Protec Online does not accept a refund, credit or exchange request for the following:
• If the returned item is damaged,
• If the returned item is not in resalable condition with original packing.
