- You don't need a piercing to wear this ear cuff. It is an ear cuff design to be worn higher up on the ear. Since it is symmetrical, the ear cuff suits either ear. To wear, thread the climber on the top of your ear and slide him up or down the top of your ear. This is a normal ear cuff, so there is no clip or hinge. The metal is very firm and stiff and hard to move, but you may need to use the force of your finger side and thumb to press together his arms and/or legs to adjust him.
