All sales are final. However, I want you to be happy so I suggest you talk to me if there is an issue. If a package arrived damaged, please take photos of the package before you open it just in case the item is broken. If there is no damage and the item is broken, please advise immediately. Shipping:

All packages worth $100 or more will include insurance will be insured. Please contact me before making payment if multi items are purchased and total more than $100. Packages less than $10O ship for free.

I do my best to ship the next day, but it's just not always possible. It's just me, and I care for my 93 year old mother who has dementia. She comes first. All the money I make goes to support her day care while I'm at work. I do combine shipping by weight or flat rate.

International customers:

All packages will ship USPS 1st class unless you request other shipping. Please note that packages over $100 require registration at an additional cost of $18.00 which will be factored in the shipping costs. All packages shipped to Italy will require registered mail, no matter the cost. If you do not want registered mail I will not assume responsibility for loss in shipping. Packages will have customs tracking numbers provided. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or charges levied by your country. I reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country where delivery could be interrupted by current political or situational activities.
