When you look at WP brgs, the groove around the middle mostly IDENTIFIES that brg as a STD DUTY brg.  When the groove is is not in the middle of the brg (towards the rear) it is usually a ROLLER brg (as shown in photo) able to take double the load of a std ball ball type.          see PHOTO  of different size brgs available
