Any orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed the following working
day. Orders made after 1:00 pm on a Friday or on a weekend will be
processed on a Monday. Orders made during bank holidays will be
processed once the normal business days resume. Since we are a small
family run business, we are close on weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that the postage and packing (P&P) fee includes postage, processing fees, and
packaging. Make sure that
you are happy with the posting and packaging costs before making the
purchase from us, since it would be unfair to buy and then make
complaints about these charges.
There may be occasional issues with Royal Mail/Local Courier which can
cause delays in receiving your purchased items. Under such
circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the
Local Courier/Royal Mail.
**Returns Accepted: We endeavour to make you happy with your purchases. To ensure this, we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee where you can return the item/s you purchased within 14 days from the date that you receive your order. We would strongly advise that you contact us before returning any item so that we know it's on its way. You must pay for the return postage - BUYER PAYS RETURN POSTAGE- (preferably signed for delivery) and that you must obtain a receipt/proof of postage from the post office as we cannot be held liable if the items being returned are lost or damaged in the post.
**Refunds: Refunds will be processed upon receipt of item provided it is unused and in its original packaging.There will be no refund for the P&P from the time of your original purchase (any refund made will be based on the actual cost of the item purchased not the P&P). Where an item was purchased with free P&P, the refund/s will be based on the purchased item price minus the actual shipping costs.
** Lost items: "There are times that items get lost in transit". Please be ensured that all the parcel we sent through Royal Mail are documented and that a proof of postage is obtained once the parcel has been shipped. If this happens and you think that your parcel may have been lost in transit, please let us know so we can contact Royal Mail regarding this.
