We aim to dispatch your order the same working day if it is received before 1:30pm on Monday-Friday. Once you have received confirmation your order has been dispatched you can expect it to arrive within 1-4 working days for UK orders. Deliveries outside of the UK can take considerably longer, and at high volume periods such as Christmas delivery can be slower.

We also offer a next day delivery service; this can be arranged if your order is received before 1:30pm Monday - Thursday, Subject to stock availability. This service is only available within the GB mainland and will incur an additional fee.

Should your order not arrive within the estimated time and you have received confirmation the order has been dispatched we suggest doing the following.

- Check with your neighbours and any other residents within your property

- Check in any possible safe places that a driver may have left your parcel in

- Check with your local delivery office

- Wait a few additional days

Please note sales to offshore Europe and British highlands and islands including but not exclusively Cyprus, Malta and the Scottish highlands may incur additional postage fees.

We accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unwanted items. This means you can return the item back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt with the return postage being paid for by the buyer. To arrange this please contact us through eBay and we will process your exchange or refund as soon as your item is received back at our warehouse.
