Cinderella Stamps

Created in 1945 as Charity Stamps in-order to produce funds for postal or telegraph employees or their families.

The inscription below the 'value' -- Sin Valor Postal (without postal value) -- gives a good indication
of their status. The larger lettering on the labels 'Linas Aereas Iberia' along with the aircraft theme suggest
that these have something to do with the Spanish national airline Iberia; although we do not think this is actually
the case. The inscription just above the word Iberia--Pro Montepio (For Montepio)--provides a further clue to the
status of these items. Montepio being, according to my Spanish dictionary, a gratuity fund for windows and orphans.
Printers possibly Rieusset SA.
