WARNING!!! MEDIUM DIFFICULTY Installation:
You NEED Torx 10 & Torx 15 sized security screwdrivers.

You NEED a plastic sprudger or something similar.
Replace old hard drive and wait around 30 minutes for new drive to format automatically.

How to change drive :
1. Purchase proper hard drive.
2. Unplug unit.
3. Remove 2 case cover screws on left and right side using Torx 10 sized security screwdriver.
4. Now look under to see two black plastic latches holding the lid. Use a plastic spudger to lift both and then slide the top case off.
5. 9865HD ONLY: Remove metal plate to access electronic under. There are 6 screws on top and 1 on each on side (total 8).
6. 9865HD ONLY: Use plastic spudger again to lightly spry the metal clasps of metal plate.
7. Remove 4 screws holding the hard drive cage using Torx 10 sized security screwdriver.
8. Detach hard drive data and power cable.
9. Remove 4 screws holding hard drive to support cage using Torx 15 sized security screwdriver.
10. Install new hard drive and put everything back together.
11. Plug in unit and wait (around 30 minutes), "no signals" error message or loading bar may appear.

Return :
When applicable; return must be asked in the next 14 days of item reception and a 15% restocking fee may apply on non DOA item. Item must be in same condition as reception. Shipping cost are not refundable.
