Pick up option is available.
If you selected local pickup, you will receive an email from eBay with a Local Pickup Code (a QR Code and a 6-digit code).
You MUST present the code in the email or the mobile apps to our counter service to scan when you collect your item.

We update our stock on hand Daily at 11.00pm EST.
If stock Qty is more than 5, you can pick up from our warehouse during business hours by presenting the QR Code at the sales counter.

If stock Qty is less than 5, please contact us and ask to check current on-hand qty for product ID # 1036258.
We then can RESERVED and READY the item for your collection.

Tracking Your Order

Orders will be despatched on the same or next business day.

• We have implemented packing control procedure to ensure your order is packed safely & correctly.
• The process is Video Recorded and if any problem arises, it is 100% traceable !

• Updating the Ebay order transaction when we book the courier company.
• Sending SMS to your valid mobile number format (04XX XXXXXX) when item has been packed and ready for couriers to pick up.

1. Australia post or Courier company
   Please track the parcel from Ebay system, Australia Post or Courier company website with the tracking number provided.
2. Ozeparts Delivery Fleet
   We will contact you if your area is service by our delivery fleet. We will update ebay with "Ozeparts Delivery" as the courier name , "date & Invoice number" as Tracking.

Return Policy

The Return Policy stated in Ebay under the Ebay Postage & Payment tab are :
• 30 days after buyer received it.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
In addition to the above,
if the return is the result of customer ordering mistake or change of mind, then :-
• 20% restocking fee apply to all returns
• Buyer pay return postage & Insurance
• Original postage paid are non refundable
Please contact us for Return Approval and we will advise you the Return Procedure.

Warranty

We supply all products with a 1 Year Parts Replacement Warranty unless specified on the Product description & Specifications.

Note :
Copy of invoice as prove of purchases is required for all warranty claims.
Return postage and installation labour are buyer's expense.
