You have found the missing piece to your Silverware Collection! Here is a Silver Plated Place or Oval Soup Spoon from Reed & Barton. The pattern is Festivity (1945) that was produced from 1945 to 1989. The same pattern Tiger Lily (1901) was produced by Reed & Barton from 1901 to 1925. The spoon is 7 1/8" long, and in very good preowned condition based on Minor Scratches from Use.
