Volume 1 - published in 1914

This magazine employed talented photographers and journalists to illustrate news and events. Whilst there were many publications during the war, none were of the quality of the Navy & Army Illustrated. Other cheaper publications were made for mass consumption and on low grade paper whilst the Navy & Army was produced on top quality stock. Produced in a large format and with superb pictures and articles. These are the finest contemporary records that were available on a weekly basis for the public during the war.
