Q: How do I send wording for my personalised products?

A: You should send your wording/personalisation to us using Ebay messages. Try to make it as clear as clear as possible what you want on your product. If you have trouble sending an image then once you order we can share a contact with you to send this through to.

Q: I want to order more than 1 with different designs. Can I do this?

A: Yes.  Any multi buys will be printed as per your instruction.

Q: Can you use our font for the wording?

A: Yes we can, if you send us the font's name with the wording we will print it on the bag for you.  (If for some reason the font will not work with our machine then we will message you)

Q: What can I have printed on the Bag

A: You can have a picture and wording if you wish.  If you want a Christmas Bag with a name we can do that.

These are designed and produced in the UK giving you the option of a quick turnaround with a high quality print.

These Bags are great as a gift or for yourself.  With long handles meaning you can carry this over the shoulder comfortably.  These are great for popping in the washing machine should you need to.

Fill them with Christmas gifts for a family member or just enjoy this for your weekly shopping trip.

Once we have received your order this will be dispatched within 2 working days. (Unless ordered after 2:30pm - this could delay delivery by another day)

Free delivery will be Royal Mail 2nd class. However if you need it sooner please choose 1st class at checkout. Any other delivery needs should be sent through eBay messages.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, we guarantee only the highest quality products and hope your completely satisfied with what your receive. If you're unhappy with what you purchase, please feel free to message us and we will try our best to replace the product in question.

However, we don't replace products where you've sent the incorrect wording or spelling. We will ask about spelling of words or capitalization to make sure you receive exactly what you were looking for.

Returns after 30 days will not be accepted due to our eBay returns policy.  If you receive an item damaged please send an image of the packaging and item so we can see how this has been damaged and this will help should we need to look into how these are sent out.
