30 Days only defects items
After delivery of the package you have 30 days to inspect and check the item. If there is any problem with the product, we will gladly accept the return. Customer is responsible for shipping own pocket

Please note that after 30 days we can no longer accept returns, and unfortunately cannot make exceptions. However, if the item came with a warranty then the manufacturer should be able to honor this warranty.
All item with "Free Shipping" is subject to a 25% restock fee if returned. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24hrs upon receiving your package. We will provide you a refund or exchange. When returning a package it needs to be in its original packaging, including all accessories and filter cartridge unused. If any of these items are found to be missing or used, we will not accept the returned item and the refund will be voided. So make sure not to throw anything away or used any of the cartridge before you know the item arrived in good condition!
Once the item tracking # shows delivered, we will not accept any claims or follow up for lost packages. Please ensure that your address is correct, deliverable and in a safe zone.
