You are buying a  copy of Valiant Comics Magnus The Robot Fighter Issue # 7 certified and graded by CBCS as 9.4 NM  with trading cards.  This is also a Rai #3 flip book and the 1st appearance of the XO armor.   This  comic book was printed and released by Valiant in 1991.  Very nice looking book with tight grading.
 

Rai #3 flip book. Trading Card insert in centerfold. Coupon is on the back of the trading cards as an insert.  Special "Flip" issue in which one side has a Magnus cover and story, then you flip the comic and the other side has a Rai cover and story. With grandmother "killed," Magnus, Rai and 1-A work to find a way to bring her back to life as the invading alien force approaches and Rai seeks to save his son which brings him into a conflict with Magnus in "Invasion Part Five – The Ballad of East and West" (Script by Jim Shooter & Laura Hitchcock and art by Mark Moretti & Ernie Colon) and "Invasion Part Six – Small Sacrifice" (Script by Jim Shooter and art by David Lapham & Kathryn Bolinger). Cover price $1.75.
