Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We will accept returns on these orders, although the shipping charges and a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
- Certain items could not be returnable, such as Computer Software, Ink and Toner, etc..
- For intel motherboards, CPU SOCKET CAP has to be on the socket. Motherboard with any damage in CPU SOCKET PINS would be buyers' responsibility and will not be accepted as return.
- Bent CPU pins, Bent Motherboard pins and other physical damage are all buyer responsibilty and we hope buyer understand those and install or handle products carefully.
- A return number is required for all returned shipments to guarantee that you return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Before returning a product, please contact us to receive return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days from purchase.
- Refunds may take up to 3 days to be issued after your return is received.
- When you complete your purchase, we are no longer able to change or cancel your order.
