This listing is for a Shimmer named Wind Belle by Kenner. Nice used condition with some light wear.  Wind Belle has hair that is a bit dry and brittle and may have had a trim but she still displays well as you can see in the picture. We have this cutie offered for a great price so don't miss out!!
