This is one of a number of Regimental Colours presentation programme of events, invites to military awards, inspection of troops, consecration of colours, trooping the colours from the 1900's up to the 1990's era. They tend to have about 2 - 4 pages inside. All sorts of regiments and some have the regimental colours as a ribbon holding them together. I doubt there were that many printed and there will be very few survivors.
This one is a Presentation of New King's Colour 4th Battalion The Green Howards. It is dated 24th September 1950. It has a coloured embossed crest on the front and has 4 pages inside the cover.
It measures approx. 8 inches x 5 inches. It is in collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear including some stains on the paper etc. No rips or tears on any of the pages.
