We really appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfy with our products. You can return or exchange the merchandise purchased from this website within 14 days after receiving the merchandise. Following terms and conditions will apply for each return and exchange.

1) All Merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancy, defect or shortage must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

2) The merchandise must be in new and unused condition.

3) To improve our products please let us know the reason of return or exchange.

4) A credit for the return or exchange will be issued only once we have received and inspected the merchandise. Generally we will issue the credit or send the exchange item within 3 to 4 days after receiving the merchandise from customer.
