This is a vintage Factory original Plymouth Chrysler Sapporo Stanley Tail light Rear turn signal lens with chrome  bezel, Passenger side RH  . Part numbers RR 315 R-127 SAE AIST77  043-5880R the back 043-5745R. 

     Looks decent for the most part , lens  looks good , there is some minor flaking in the chrome on the trim bezel  .
