EASY TO INSTALL SAFETY HEATING FILM KITS

AUSSIE LOCAL STOCK:  We offer easy to install Heating film Kit, Accessories and Tools for leading Self Regulating PTC Carbon Heating Film. The heating film can be used  Underfloor, ceiling, Wall and Mirror back, Under Desk, Under Pool Table and in Caravan locations.  It is installed under a variety of surfaces including Under floating wood/laminate floors, Carpet, Tile, Terrazzo and Concrete screed. It can also be used in wet areas with waterproofing protection (See recommended precautions). 


The Kit includes insulating underlay, Protective Emissive Earthing Cover and other accessories (See below). Before your purchase  contact us with a sketch of your space (see instructions below) so we can send you a free installation plan and advise the most appropriate kit. You will also need your electrician to plan for the switchboard RCD, wiring to the thermostat. After your purchase we welcome any follow-up product, installation or material warranty related queries. 1. Heating film: World leading South Korean made, Safety Carbon heating film (see specifications).   0.338mm thick, 50cm Wide and lengths of up to 16m. Heating film can be installed under floating wood/laminate floors, Carpet, Tile, Terrazzo and Concrete screed. Wet areas will require waterproofing protection.






2.  Heating film Kits: Include your preferred quantity of Heating Film, one white Wall thermostat with wall and floor sensor, Patented Protective Emissive Earthing Film, Heatproof underlay insulation,  Terminal Clamps, Stranded Electrical Wire, Specialised insulation tape, Thermal tape, Easy to follow instructions and a seller product warranty.  With prior request and your room sketch  we can also send you a free installation plan. Contact us if you wish to upgrade the thermostat to any of the following available models. Thermostats come with easy to adjust pre programmed factory settings. If you have any specific requirements we can easily adjust it for you before sending out. 




4. Free Installation Plan and Kit Advice: Before purchasing contact us with a sketch of the space you have in mind, we will send you installation plan, recommended kit, combined postage and volume discount price.  Just send us a measured sketch with the following:  Show the internal  dimensions of your room, your preferred location of the wall thermostat, Location of fixed appliances and fittings, location of Furniture not on legs (like cupboards), heavy immovable items and temperature sensitive items like Piano.




5. Pre-fitting & Pre-Wiring Service: Contact us for this Service. We quote you based on your needs.  Pre-fitting Service Includes an Installation Plan, cutting the film, installing terminal clip with the specialised crimping tool. Optional Pre-wiring Service (for small kits)  includes assembly the whole kit including copper wiring, attaching to the terminals & applying the insulation patches. Heating film and Kits come with easy to follow installation instructions and recommended use notes.   

Note: Consult your qualified electrician before requesting the Pre-wiring service. They will need to verify it on site. Also Our 30 day return policy does not apply to the fully or partly assembled kits as once terminal clamps are installed we can not consider the film as unused. Our seller product warranty and Australian Product Defect Law applies to all products in this listing.

Components and Specifications

  • 50cm Wide 0.338mm thick PTC Film: Self-regulated temperature (wont overheat & resistant to short circuiting), PTC is a fumeless non toxic durable Film, EMC passed. Self regulating function of the carbon film activates when the film's temperature rises over 30℃ by controlling the current. If the temperature reaches to 60℃, it will reduce 10 to 30% of the electric current in the affected area to prevent overheating.   

  • Power Usage: 220W/m² of the 50cm wide roll.  

  • Current (Approx. 0.9A/m²) can be Calculated with this formula  I (A) = W/ V .  Power consumption and Current drops with film temperature increase to provide more power efficiency than alternative heating systems.  Recommended Maximum installing length per piece (50cm Wide ) of film is 16m.  Do Not exceed maximum allowable current of Thermostat (Thermostat included in Kits has a maximum allowable current of 16A/30A at 90-240V , which means a safe maximum of 16.7m2/33.4m2 of film connected through each thermostat) 

  • Warmup Time: 10-15 min Warm up through Carpet, Wood, Screed and Tile floors finishes. 

  • Voltage: 220-240V

  • Testing: EMC and LVD Testing reports available show durability, extended product life (Over 10 years) , dust-proof, waterproof, shock proof, far infra red, beneficial negative ion, no resistance change due to long term use. 


Installation Procedure, Precautions & Warranty: 

 

An easy to follow preparation and installation procedure, and a 3 Year Sellers Warranty for the heating and 18 Month for the thermostats come with the Kit. Contact us if you need this in advance.

DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS

Delivery Choice: 

  • Normal delivery by Australia Post or other Couriers. Cost is as shown on the listing. (Sorry We may not post to Po Box  if the item is bulky) 
  • Local Pickup (self pickup). Pick LOCAL PICKUP on eBay and contact us to arrange a pickup appointment. 
  • Bulky Items or places outside Australia contact us with your postcode for the delivery cost. Purchase with LOCAL PICKUP on eBay and contact us for a delivery invoice. 

Delivery Time:

  • Domestic: Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of you purchasing it. Delivery is generally between 3-6 days Australia wide.
  • International:  Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of you purchasing it. Depending on what part of the world you are from it does take a little longer to send, delivery can be from 7-15 working days. Other factors to take into consideration are quarantine and customs regulations in your country.  It is also a consideration that customs duties and GST/VAT may be payable at the buyers expense.

If you don't want the product, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. We are happy to refund what you paid, less our original postage and tracking label cost (including items with free postage). Goods must be undamaged and unopened/unused to qualify. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason..
