This is a pre-owned item, gently-used, and in Very Good condition. Some of the record keeping pages were written on in pencil and were erased by original owner. However, faint pencil marks can be seen. Pages have no noticeable rips, tears, folds, or bends. No Loose pages. Strong Spine. Minor wear from age and normal use. Pages are gilded, but show some scratching/denting wear. Leather padding has one small tear on spine and on back cover. Cover has some minor spotting and staining. The dedication Page has blue marker name writing on the "to and from" section in child's writing. See pictures.

Stored and packed in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
