For sale is a group of at least 40 leather washers. These appear that they have never been used, and have been cut out of some form of leather. It appears as though it is approximately an eighth of an inch thick… And came in a box that was found in an old two generation machine shop… Dated 1986. Unfortunately I don't know what type of leather this is nor do I know any of The origins of these pieces beyond what I have mentioned. They measure approximately 1-1/8" A crossed. The hole is approximately 1/2" across. I don't know if these are vintage… Or when they were produced… But I feel comfortable that they are at least 30 years old.

One side of the washer is fairly smooth and the other one is a little bit course.
