A Convincing Inexpensive Battery Operated Security Deterrent 2 Led module.

2 Red LEDs on a Electronic Microchip Module, for use in a house Alarm Box, gives the  appearance of a working alarm system, operates on flip flop cycle.

Take a look at the video in the photograph section to get an idea of the flash rate.

I can also modify the LEDs onto leads if required (See Photos).

Ideal where you have no power supply EG:  sheds, barns, garages, pigeon lofts, stores, car, motorbike security, hobby models, dolls houses, ornaments, toys and gadgets, many uses.

Module size approx: 2cm x 10cm.

Uses 3 AA batteries, batteries not supplied. Alkaline Batt last approx 8 months to 1 year, Zinc batteries will last about 8 weeks.

Take a look at photographs 7 to 10, I can add you a PP3 9V type battery connector, you can then source and buy yourself a bigger size battery holder on Ebay & power the LED module for much longer periods if required.

It can be also powered by a mains adapter. Many old mobile phone chargers are perfect, 3v to 15v DC. Cut the connector off the phone charger, identify the positive and negative wires, connect to the LED module wires and away you go.

Battery holder & Electronic Module have self adhesive pads for quick mounting.
