Shipping

• Most Items will be shipped within 1 business day after full payment has been received
• We ship the package to your shipping address on eBay instead of the one on PayPal.
• We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please verify and update your shipping address on eBay during checkout.
• Tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment.
• We provide an option for combined shipping for multiple items. For combined shipping all you have to do is click the items you need and hold your payment, then request a total through checkout. We will then combine all the items and will send you a combined shipping invoice to pay.
• Free FedEx Ground shipping is applied to the 48 continental United States.
• USPS Flat Rate or Free Shipping is only for the lower 50 Continental United States.
• Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada and other countries are responsible for delivery surcharge.

Payment

Per eBay rule, we can only accept PayPal as a form of Payment.
You can link your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card to your paypal account and via papal to pay the orders.
An invoice for your purchase will be automatically emailed to you when you have completed your purchase. Please follow the link in the email to checkout Payments be made within 5 days of the purchasing
To pay for multiple auctions, successfully win all auctions you wish to purchase and click the Pay Now button on any of the listings you won. You will only have to checkout and pay once for your entire order.

Return

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from LXMOTORING.So we understand that you may need to return the item for many different reasons. You may not like it or want else. Perhaps the parts not fit your vehicle or received damaged. Whatever the reason, we have got you covered 30-Day Hassle-Free.

• The items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. Contact us thru eBay messages and we will provide you with a return address and an RMA#. Buyer is responsible for returns back to us, postage will not be refunded.
• IF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR MALFUNCTIONING, contact us right away so we can help solve the problem. Do not return without contacting us first, as we might provide a label for paid return shipping.
• All returns are for refund ONLY. No exchange accepted.

Warranty

LXMOTORING warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 YEARS from the date of sale.Please keep the original purchase receipt. A copy of the receipt would need be presented with all claims.
All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to for physical inspection at our discretion.
Once the claim inspection process has been finalized and defect confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued.
Conditions not covered under warranty:

• Physical damage including, but not limited to stripped threads on fittings or mounting brackets.
• Labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer
• Modifying an item in any way will void the warranty.
• Radiators / Condensers / Charge Air Coolers returned clogged or containing improper refrigerants or refrigerant/oil residue in poor conditions.
